The Term "Micro-sourcing" means any Company or Entity who employ people on a short-term Basis, as per mutual convenience, to execute specific Tasks and Assignments of the Company or Entity. A typical micro-sourcing assignment would be a work for few hours or few hours per day for few days.

- You agree and understand that the Website only acts as a Platform for Employers who posts micro-sourcing job opportunities and Jobseekers to post resumes. The Website or the Company does not verify, validate, screen or sensor the postings or the listings offered.
- You agree and understand that the Company and its affiliates or the Website is not involved in the actual transaction between the Employers and the Jobseekers. The Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs, ability of the Employer to offer Jobs and the ability of the Employer to make payments. Similarly, the Company has no control over the quality of work done by Jobseekers, correctness of their resumes, accuracy of their work and the ability of the Jobseeker in discharging the work as stipulated by the Employers.
- The Company and its affiliates or the Website are not responsible for any information, data, content or Post on the website that may be Incorrect, Inaccurate, Abusive, Harmful, Defamatory, Vulgar, Obscene, Hateful, Racial, Ethnic or Unlawful information as the Company and its affiliates or the Website cannot confirm that each Employer or Jobseeker is who they claim to be.
- The Company hereby authorizes you to Browse, View, Search, Download or Print the Contents from the Website exclusively and solely for your personal use and reference and not for any commercial purpose or benefits. This authorization is only to use the Website and its content and not a Sale or Transfer of rights by the Company to you.
- You hereby agree that you shall not Sell, Lease, Publish, Transfer, Share or Reproduce any Content or Data found and/or residing in the website for any Commercial use or purpose
- You shall not Sell, Lease, Transfer, Sub-License or Share any of your rights, provided under this Agreement, to anyone else under any circumstances.

- The Jobseekers hereby agree and understand that the Website only provides Micro-sourcing job opportunities posted by Employers, that may not be a full-time employment and may last only for a short-term.
- The Employers hereby agree and understand that the Website only provides information of Prospective Jobseekers, who are interested in Micro-sourcing opportunities on a short-term basis.
- You agree and understand that the Data, Information, Content and all materials posted or carried in the Website may contain inaccuracies and errors. The Company and its affiliates or the Website may not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy, reliability, correctness, completeness and truthfulness of the Data, Information, Content and all Materials posted by the Users.
- The User's reliance on the information displayed, viewed, populated and disclosed in the Website will be at the User's own risk.
LICENSE AND AUTHORIZATION
- The Company authorizes you to view the Job Postings published by the Employers. You are not permitted to download such Postings for any use whatsoever, including and not restricted to Reproduction, Sharing, Reposting, publishing in any media and using for any commercial activity.
- The Company authorizes you to view the Profile of the Jobseekers who have registered and disclosed their credentials. You are permitted to download the Profile of prospective Candidates on a restrictive basis. You agree that you shall not Share, Reproduce, Share, Repost, publish in any media or use for any commercial Activity, the Profile of the Jobseekers.
- You hereby authorize and grant the Company and its affiliates irrevocable, non-exclusive and moral rights to any information, data and content you may have posted, published or submitted in the Website. You also authorize and grant the Company the license and the rights to use any such information, data and content in whole or in part in any media or technology, currently in use and media or technology that might be developed in the future.
- You hereby agree to authorize and grant the Company and its affiliates irrevocable, non-exclusive and moral rights to Share, Reproduce, Modify, Publish, Distribute, Advertise, Publicize, Display, Translate, Create, Recreate, Store, Save and Download any or all data, content and information you may have posted, published or submitted in the Website.
- You also permit and agree to allow the Company to permit any user, registered or otherwise, to access, view, display, save, store, download and reproduce any data, content and information you may have posted, published or submitted in the Website, for their personal use. - Post any Irrelevant information in the Resume (in case of Jobseeker) or Micro-Sourcing Job vacancies (in the case of Employers).
- Involve in the act of false or negative publicity of Contents posted by other Users.
- Involve in the act of revising, editing, deleting or misrepresenting the Data or Information or Content posted by other Users.
- Disclose or Share your password with any third party or any unauthorized person for any unauthorized purpose or activity as indicated in this Terms and Conditions
- Communicating directly with the Employers regarding the Micro-Sourcing Offers posted by the Employer, without getting a notification from the Website to do so or before the Employer has selected the Jobseeker.
- Downloading, Copying or Printing information or Data about Employers and Jobseekers for any other Purpose other than for the purposes that are agreed upon in this Terms and Conditions.
- Making unsolicited calls or sending unsolicited emails or mails to Employers or Jobseekers.
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the Website and its Contents.
- Violation of any and all applicable Local, State and National Laws and regulations.
SHARING USER INFORMATION
- You agree to provide all necessary and relevant information about yourself at the time of Registration for the Website.
- You, as Jobseeker, authorize the Company and its affiliates to disclose your Contact Details to the Employers who wish to shortlist or contact you regarding Micro-sourcing job opportunities, the very purpose for which you have registered in the Website.
- The Jobseeker agrees to and authorizes the Company and its affiliates to Shares, Disclose, Display, Advertise, Promote and Market the Profile of the Jobseeker, in any media and in any manner suitable in order to attract Employers.
- You, as Employer, authorize the Company and its affiliates to disclose your contact Details to the Jobseeker who has been selected or shortlisted by you, to communicate with you and decide on the Job Description, Compensation and other Details, as may be necessary.
- The Employer agrees to and authorizes the Company and its affiliates to Share, Disclose, Display, Advertise, Promote and Market the Micro-sourcing Jobs posted by the Employer in the Website, in any media and in any manner suitable, in order to attract Jobseekers.
- You agree and understand that the Company and the Website only Display, Disclose, Carry, Show, Project information, data and content posted by the Employers and Jobseekers and the Company has no liability or responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of such information, data or content.
- You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user information and password. You also agree and understand that you shall be held responsible and liable for all uses, acts and transactions that occur on your account, irrespective of whether you carried them yourselves or authorized third party to do so. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage from any unauthorized use of your registered account or password.
PERFORMANCE AND OBLIGATIONS
- The Company or the Website is not liable or responsible for the performance and non-performance of the Jobseekers who have taken up Jobs from the Employers. The decision to assign a Job to a Jobseeker is in the hands of the Employer.
- The Company or the Website is not liable or responsible for the Conduct or the nonfulfillment of Payment Obligations of an Employer to the Jobseeker. The decision to accept a job from an Employer is the prerogative of the Jobseeker.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any Employment decisions made by any Employer posting Jobs on the Website.
- You agree and understand that there is no guarantee from the Company and its affiliates or the Website that the Employer will find suitable jobseeker for his job requirement in the Website and the Jobseeker will find suitable micro-sourcing job opportunities in the Website.
- You agree and understand that the Company and its affiliates or the Website along with its employees are released from any dispute, demands and damages of any kind arising out of any dispute between Users and the Company and its affiliates or the Website is not responsible or liable for any such disputes and acts.
- The Company and its affiliates or the Website do not guarantee that the website or the Server will run smoothly and operate without any Error or free of any Virus.
- The Company and its affiliates or the Website shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever to your Data or Equipment that is caused due to the use of the Website or Server.
- The Company and its affiliates or the Website shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages or Business Losses whatsoever that may be incurred by the User due to the performance or non-performance of the Website or Server.
BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You agree and understand that, in the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, the Company and the Website will exercise discretionary powers delete all your postings from the Website and/or terminate your registration and access to Website.
- You agree and understand that, the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, the Company and the Website has the right to exercise Legal remedies and the Company will be entitled to Damages and equitable relief.
INDEMNITY
- You agree to defend, indemnify the Company, its officers, Directors, Employees and Agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands resulting from your breach of the Terms and Conditions or your use or misuse of the Materials or your representations and misrepresentations or your conduct or your violation of any rights of third party, including and not restricted to any proprietary or intellectual property rights.
PAYMENT TERMS
- The Subscription Fees to be paid by the User will be notified and displayed in the Website. The Company and the Website shall revise the rates from time to time.
- All subscription amount must be paid in full before the commencement of the Subscription period.
- The Company or the Website shall not store, save or share any Credit Card Details provided by the User.
- No Refund will be made by the Company to the Users for discontinuation or termination of Service requested by the Users irrespective of the reason for such discontinuation or termination.
