How It Works for Employer


Register an Account is a first of its kind Micro-Sourcing Platform in India. Micro-Sourcing is the way forward to reduce Cost and provide flexibility and scalability to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). To Post a Job and View Jobseekers, the Employer must register by Signing up in the Home Page.


Post your Job Details

Once the Employer is registered and authenticated, he will be permitted to Post Jobs and Projects with suitable Criteria of Selection and Cut-off Dates. The Employer can then manage Jobs, View Profile of Jobseekers, Shortlist Jobseekers and perform whole lot of related activities from the Dashboard.


Search for Jobseekers

Once the Job is posted, does an Auto-search based on the Specialization. The Employer may also use various filter options to search for suitable Jobseekers for the Job. Jobseekers will also be able to view the Job Postings and apply for the same.


Shortlist Jobseekers

The Employer can shortlist several Jobseekers for the Job before finalizing the suitable one. has an expansive library of profiles to choose from, in addition to the Jobseekers who apply to the Job after viewing the Job requirements posted by the Employers.


Contact Jobseekers

One Click lets the Employer contact the Jobseeker with the offer. The Employer and Jobseeker shall finalize the deal offline.
